These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the services offered by Veterans for Veterans Media Group, LLC (DBA: Vets 4 Vets Media Group) (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) via our website at www.vets4vetsmediagroup.com (the “Site”). By accessing or using any of our services, you (“Client”) agree to be bound by these Terms. Please review them carefully.

 

1. Membership Cancellation Procedure

Clients may cancel their membership anytime through their account dashboard or by submitting a written request to support@vets4vetsmediagroup.com. Cancellations must be submitted at least 24 hours before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged. A confirmation email will be sent within 48 hours.

 

2. Billing Cycle and Payment Terms

By registering, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis (monthly, quarterly, or semi-annually). Payments are non-refundable and no partial refunds or credits will be issued for unused services. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 5 days’ notice. Accounts with non-payment may be suspended or terminated.

 

3. Past Due Balances & Cancellation Responsibility

Clients are responsible for canceling memberships proactively. Failure to cancel will result in continued billing. Unpaid balances may be pursued via third-party collections if necessary.

 

4. Unlimited Requests & Tier-Based Fulfillment

Clients may submit unlimited video editing requests, but delivery speed depends on their selected membership tier. While we aim for 1–4 business day turnarounds, complex or high-volume projects may take longer. Misuse, including unrealistic expectations, may result in membership suspension without refund.

 

5. No Refunds & Quality Acknowledgment

All sales are final. Creative services are subjective by nature, and dissatisfaction with design or editing style does not warrant a refund. By subscribing, you agree that all payments are for access to services—not guaranteed outcomes.

 

6. Chargebacks and Dispute Resolution

If a chargeback is initiated, we reserve the right to submit documentation of your usage and agreement to these Terms. We recommend contacting support@vets4vetsmediagroup.com before initiating any disputes to resolve matters amicably.

 

7. No Poaching Policy

Clients agree not to solicit or hire any of our editors, creatives, or contractors directly during their membership and for 24 months following termination. Violations may result in liquidated damages of up to $30,000.

 

8. Scope of Services

We offer post-production services including video editing, photography editing, and content consultation based on the selected membership or a la carte service. We do not capture footage or provide original media assets. Clients are responsible for submitting high-quality source material and clear instructions.

 

9. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate service at our discretion, particularly in cases of misuse, abusive behavior, or Terms violations. Prorated refunds may be issued at our discretion in limited cases.

 

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Vets 4 Vets Media Group is not liable for indirect or consequential damages related to the use of our services. Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid by the Client in the three months precedingany claim.

 

11. Indemnification

Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vets 4 Vets Media Group, its staff, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, losses, or damages arising from use of our services, breaches of these Terms, or violation of third-party rights.

 

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict of law principles. Clients agree that any legal disputes will be brought exclusively in Clark County, Nevada.
